VATSorted is early-access software. It helps organise VAT paperwork before review, but it does not replace professional accounting or tax review.
What VATSorted is
VATSorted is a VAT document preparation tool. It helps organise documents into review folders and exports structured ZIP files for accountant or internal review.
What VATSorted is not
VATSorted does not provide tax advice, accounting advice, bookkeeping services, or VAT return submission. Your accountant, bookkeeper, or responsible business user must review VAT treatment and final submissions.
User responsibility
You are responsible for checking the accuracy of sorted documents, reviewing uncertain files, keeping appropriate backups, and ensuring your VAT records are complete.
Early-access status
VATSorted may contain bugs, limitations, or incomplete features during early access. We may update, change, or improve the software over time.
Refunds and cancellation
VATSorted subscriptions are billed every 3 months until cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current paid period.
VATSorted offers a 14-day refund period on the first subscription payment if the software is not suitable, or if VATSorted cannot be made to work on your device after reasonable support.
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable once a new 3-month billing period has started, unless required by law, or unless VATSorted is unavailable or materially defective and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
To request cancellation or a refund, email support@vatsorted.com using the email address connected to your subscription.
This refund policy applies to direct VATSorted subscriptions unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. This policy does not affect any statutory rights that may apply.
Licence and usage limits
Access may be controlled by a licence key. Plans may include document-processing limits per VAT quarter. If a plan limit is reached, the software may restrict further processing until the plan is upgraded or renewed.
Permitted use
You may use VATSorted for your own business, or for client work if your plan allows it. You must not resell, copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass licence restrictions.

Support is provided by email at support@vatsorted.com. Support levels may vary by plan.
Changes
These terms may be updated as VATSorted develops. Continued use of VATSorted after changes means you accept the updated terms.
