Early-access refunds
If VATSorted is not suitable for your business, contact support@vatsorted.com within 14 days of purchase to request a refund.
When refunds may not apply
Refunds may not apply where the software has been heavily used, where a large volume of documents has already been processed, where the issue is caused by unsupported systems, or where setup guidance has not been followed.
Quarterly access
VATSorted plans are priced per VAT quarter. Access, document limits, and support level may depend on the plan purchased.
How to request a refund
Email support@vatsorted.com with your name, business name, purchase email address, plan, and a short explanation of the issue.
Payment provider fees
If a refund is approved, the refunded amount and timing may depend on the payment provider used to process the transaction.
